Stretchy or kinked materials are difficult to measure. Always unroll wire or rope off bulk coils. Don't pull or yank it out and then fight the resulting twists. There are many combinations of equipment available in SETS which efficiently unroll, measure and re-coil or re-spool most common materials. Never hand hold a Measurer and expect to get accuracy.
Measurer modifications are available for special applications (e.g. Urethane-coated wheels). Contact factory or representive.
